Delete your account
You can permanently delete your AI Wellness Pal account and its data at any time, either in the app or, if you no longer have the app installed, by sending a request below.
Option 1: Delete in the app (instant)
- Open AI Wellness Pal and sign in.
- Go to Settings → Delete Account.
- Confirm. Your account and data are deleted straight away.
Option 2: Request deletion on the web
Use this if you can't open the app. Enter the email address of the account you want deleted. We'll confirm by email and complete the deletion within 30 days. To protect your account, we may ask you to confirm the request from that email address.
What gets deleted
- Your account and profile (email address, name and profile photo).
- All wellness content you entered: check-ins, plans, journal entries and reflections, habits, hydration, meal, nutrition, sleep, period and weight records.
- Your conversations with the Wellness Pal and any photos you uploaded.
- If you signed in with Apple, the app's access to your Apple ID is revoked.
What may be kept, and for how long
- Copies in backups or held by our service providers may remain for a short period before they are removed under those providers' standard retention schedules.
- Purchase records are kept by Apple, Google and our subscription provider as required for billing, tax and legal purposes.
- Deleting your account does not cancel a Premium subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions first.
